SHPE’s Regional Leadership Development Conferences (RLDCs) meet our members where they are at…literally. We bring national knowledge and expertise to accessible, local learning-events for members no matter where in the country they are. These gatherings are more intimate than the National Convention, but they still bring in top industry innovators for workshops, keynotes, and interviews. In 2024, we held 4 different events across the country reaching thousands of members in their own communities.
